Responsibilities:
- Help organize or arrange cultural, athletic or leisure-time activities.
- Dig into programs development support files.
- Make posters to advertise departmental services including social media posts ad website info.
- Community involvement in all departmental activities is very crucial.
- Provide administrative assistance in scheduling appointments carrying out correspondence work photocopying documents among others.
- With other staffs undertake duty on some unique assignments for instance.
- Attending meetings held by our organizational department involving ongoing projects and potential future ones.
Qualifications:
- Must be either currently studying or graduated recently from courses like Sports Management; Recreation; Cultural Studies; Public Administration.
- Good at operation management abilities like planning things well before they happen.
- Being able to communicate both online (written) or offline (oral).
- Competent in use of Microsoft Office packages as well as social media platforms.
- Passion for culture, sports and recreation that is shown through active participation.
- Ability to perform duties independently as well as working within teams.
Requirements:
Internship should take three months minimum at about 20 hours per week. One can get flexible hours depending on many factors such personal issues. Sometimes interns are also expected to participate during holidays and weekends when events occur.
